The committee of the National Association of Rheumatology Occupational Therapists (NAROT) nominated the handbook for the ARC award for 2004.
The award is made by Arthritis Research Campaign, the fourth largest medical charity in the UK.
The award will be made at the national conference in Edinburgh of the British Society of Rheumatology/British Healthcare Professions in Rheumatology in April 2004.
The Trustees are delighted with this recognition of the contribution and quality of this handbook for families of children with arthritis.
